Here you'll find some of the more commonly encountered questions that might help in your decision and planning. Of course, if you don't see your particular question addressed here, we do have folks willing to help that are standing by 24 hours a day. You can email or give us a call! Either way, we'll do our best to provide the help you need... As quickly as we can possibly provide it.

Are alcoholic beverages allowed on your buses, and/or are they provided to us?

Alcoholic beverages are absolutely allowed on the bus, and we have luxurious built-in bars that include coolers, as well as ice and cups for your use, and built-in cup holders to prevent spills on the road. We are not allowed by law to provide alcohol to you, but you are most definitely allowed to bring your own drinks on board.

What areas surrounding Sacramento do your buses travel to?

To break it down by county, we travel to Sacramento County, San Joaquin County, Contra Costa County, Solano County, Yolo County, Sutter County, Placer County, El Dorado County, and Amador County. The complete listing of cities that we serve within those areas can be found right here.

Can you tell me about your pricing policies?

Our utmost concern is your ultimate satisfaction with your party bus experience. We understand that there's a lot of companies out there. While, our prices may not always be the same, you'll find that our pricing structure is set up in order to provide you and your group with savings whenever it is possible to do so. With that being said, our pricing policies are floating and demand/cost based. So, when our costs are lowest, you'll receive a lower rate over booking during a time when we are at highest demand and expenditure.

Drinking is allowed on your buses... what about smoking?

We're sorry to our smoking guests, but we are not able to allow smoking on our buses. We've furnished our buses with the most luxurious items available, and we do not want cigarette smoke to compromise the integrity of those items or to compromise the air quality in our buses for our non-smoking guests. We appreciate your adherence to this non-smoking policy.

What are your days and hours of operation?

We think you'll be very pleased to note that we are open 365 days a year, 7 days a week, and 24 hours a day. You can absolutely rent our services any time with no limitations. However, it's possible that we'll already be booked, so we do recommend calling at least two weeks in advance when possible. We do our best to accommodate last minute bookings as well, but to be on the safe side, a buffer of two weeks is very highly recommended.

Will you charge us extra for keeping the bus longer than we planned?

You never have to worry about this with Sacramento Party Buses, though that's not always the case with other party bus companies! We will never charge you an additional fee for staying longer. Our business is all about partying and fun, and we want you to be able to relax without having to watch the clock. We agree to an hourly rate during the booking process. That rate will never change no matter how long you keep the bus, and since it's billed in fifteen-minute increments, you'll never pay for more time than you use. This is just another way that we show our customers our appreciation.

Can I bring my children with us or younger people?

Of course children can come. We are even great for birthday parties, proms and more. We only ask that if there are those who are under 21 years of age, that there is no alcohol on the vehicles.

Tell it to me straight, you hiding any fees?

Nope! We don't hide anything from you. If you have any questions or would like us to explain further we will. You will know up front of any potential charges you may come across.

We can bring drinks, but what about food?

As long as you try not to make a huge mess, you can bring food. We have coolers that will be stocked with ice so that you can put some food in there if you are on your way to tailgate or something. If there is a huge mess to clean up after your time is done, there may be a cleaning charge.

What if I want to cancel?

Sorry, but we do not allow for any cancellations. Once you have put a deposit down, you are required to pay if you use the service or not. Depending on availability, you might be able to upgrade/downgrade your vehicle or more your time up earlier or later.
